Pinot Noir

The summer of 2016 was warm and dry producing clean, high quality fruit off of our estate vineyard. Harvested on September 20th, 2016, this fruit had 8 days of skin contact before being pressed , and was fermented in French oak for 18 months.

This Pinot Noir has a deep purple color with notes of cranberry and cherry on the nose, leading up to flavors of raspberry and vanilla with a full-bodied feel and heavy tannic structure.

Pairs well with: Cured meat, creamy soup, smoked salmon.
